One side of me doesn’t want to comprehend what just happened, the other decided to just roll with it. It’s anime logic after all. Here’s episode 18.
For the 1st quarter of the show all hell broke loose as Madoka and Yurikano switched bodies, lots of epic mecha fighting and running around in circles.
Madoka, now in Yurikano’s body, was sentenced by King Douche to float around in space till her death or something. Madoka tried using her best Yurikano imitation possible to get out of this jam but no dice.
Another funny part were the stories Yurikano, now in Madoka’s body (That fine ass…), told the Alien Pretty Boys and later Villa Nash to convince them she was their most important person. She kicked major ass during the chaotic battle and claimed she was rusty due to being trapped in the Rin-Ne for so long. I’d hate to cross paths with her when she’s at 100%.
Third funniest part was Lan questioning “Madoka”‘s sanity and Douchie’s actions.
After bumping her head on the escape pod sent to oblivion’s com link, Madoka talks to herself about why Yurikano doesn’t want to tell Douchie or Villa how she feels. Everyone listens in to Yurikano’s transmission of Madoka’s monologue.
Long story short about this crash landing, Midori was just as confused as everyone else over the body swap but eventually rescues Madoka and takes her to Douchie’s garden. Wow, that banishment was about as short lived as one of John Cena’s “getting fired” storylines.
I really don’t want to think too hard about what happens after Douchie helps Madoka up here. Anyway, THEY SWITCH BODIES AGAIN and Douchie tells “Madoka” his true feelings for Yurikano and this entire war. I think it has something to do with royalty of neighboring planets not being allowed to marry or some other nonsense. Honestly, I didn’t care due to the Mcguffin confusing me. Besides, I’m more interested in the lesbian threesome couple.
You know, I just noticed that Madoka and Yurikano have similar facial structures. that would explain why both are so damn hot. Anyway, Yurikano decides it’s best they moved on, or something, and turns to sparkle. Ohhhhkay. Anime logic OG. Don’t question it. Remember, it’s one of the most important rules an animeniac should be aware of.
The bigamy prepares to bash two selfish royal skulls in. You don’t want to make Madoka angry. The hopeful thrashing will be saved for next week.
I almost forgot to mention Cherry’s awesome fighting stance. Maybe she could become a DLC character in a future fighting game.

Pesky things like logic don’t cross my mind, when the episode is as awesome as that one was.
Rare for you to not complain about logic.
This was a pretty awesome episode with the fight scenes. I agree with you OG about not wanting to face Yurikano when she’s at 100%, that’d just be scary. Having Yurikano have to retell a couple emarassing things about her past to confirm it was her was funny. Looking forward to what Madoka has in store for the two guys next week.
Indeed. She’s both sexy and deadly. Not a combo to trifle with.
The best past story was obviously the first one.
I want Madoka’s punishment to be a beating but I doubt it’ll happen.
