When we last left our favorite bigamy, Princess Savage and The Ultimate Cherry were engaged in honorable combat for the sake of their betrothed, each believing they’re fighting for her. Meanwhile, during the turmoil, Madoka rushes to stop the lovers’ quarrel but has to deal with a year’s worth of ring rust. During that time, the Vox are able to emit the ladies’ thoughts to one another, showing us that the obviously don’t want to do this.
Madoka Hogan, finally getting her legs out of the water, leaps into action and unleashes a powerful double clothesline to stop the fight.
Le Garite forces are on their way and both Cherry and Lan fly off, leaving a confused Madoka and a Midori who inexplicably shuts down to take a nose dive. Afterwards, neither Cherry or Lan return to the love nest.
Chairloli, Agent L and Zed discuss what most fans already know, that Lan, under King Douche’sorders wanted to recruit Madoka for his own scheme while Cherry came to stop Lan to please Villa Nash. For now, we can conclude that King Douche is the main antagonist. We don’t know whether that will change later. Oh, and there will be an intergalactic meeting to decide on a less violent way to resolve matters.
Madoka, being the action-before-thought hottie she is, asks the APB to call”Big Brother Giuvi” and ask for Cherry but she’s not there. Zed suspects Lan isn’t at her base either so Madoka runs off to search for them nearby.
Hmm, so if I’ reading this right, Villa and Cherry really are siblings. I thought it was a pet name. No wait…either there’s a continuity issue or Villa’s a price who adopted Cherry into the family…or something. Ah, whatever. They’re step-siblings. Let’s move on.
Okay, just a little more.
Somehowled to the Jersey Clubroom by the threads of fate, Lan and Cherry confront each other and both want to protect Madoka from whatever their respective sides have planned for her. Suddenly, Madoka shows up and double clotheslines them again.
I would use a “69″ joke in a certain image but that’s not what this post is for.

Sadly Cherry misses out on Madoka’s luscious lips, but they’ll have another menage a trois like last time when Lan offered her body to Madoka. Oh, and Chairloli wants Lan and Cherry to hide on Earth for now. Also, Onee-chan made a new discovery to a possible solution in which Chairloli hopes won’t end up being a disaster like 20000 years ago.
I’m a little worried what Chairloli’s “experiment” next week will be but I have a feeling it’ll involve a triple date. Did I mention that my fears of hetero pairings haven’t been completely wiped away?

Ok now that I have that out of my system. HAH! Wonderful Sato delivered again. I knew we would get a reconciliation this episode. What completely surprised me is that THEY KISSED! Then again, I should have known. Sato basically causes drama in this series because then we can watch Madoka, Lan, and Muginami make up. Honestly with Lan and Muginami almost engaging in a fight to the death, clearly THEY KISSED! is the only appropriate on screen level of making up.
So King Diz is the true big bad as expected, and something happened during the OVA to make VIlla do a 180. Unless he’s simply stopped being quite a bastard simply because he doesn’t want to be Diz. Also Astra and Yoko are on the track of the Vox’s other/true purpose. So if its true that Astra was once a Vox pilot and she is 20,000 years old/maybe immortal, are Madoka, Lan, and Muginami now too? Could it be what she regrets the most is she couldn’t save her fellow Vox pilots / lovers. (The Vox system definitely seems to have “promote romance between the pilots via linking their feelings” as a feature)
Also I wish I could help convince you there isn’t going to be any hetro pairings of the Jersey Club and the APBs. It’s clear that the closest thing they feel for Madoka is some admiration for her being the Champion of Justice / annoyance that they have to ride herd on her and can’t, Anyway they are probably to occupied with Yukino. I know your fears aren’t irrational, clearly Yuri fans have been trolled countless times, but I truly believe that if Lagrange doesn’t become a full on cannon Yuri series by the end, Sato will leave us burred under the heavy subtext without any hetro text. Actually how many times do Madoka, Lan, and Muginami have to say they love each other, not to mention THEY KISSED!, before this series can be considered a Yuri one?

King Douche should remain heel and not be a sympathetic antagonist. NO! No. Maybe Cherry used her bubbly charms to melt Villa’s cold heart. Maybe. I’d prefer Chairloli and Onee-chan be secretly have an affair. I’d feel bad for my boy the assistant, but yuri ALWAYS comes first. It’s one of the yuri nation’s decrees. Look it up.
Never lose that optimism Sir Steven. It’s what make you my second in command. You’d better be right about Lan and Cherry blushing due to Midori giving Madoka an orgasm.
We could both be right about Astra and Yoko. Astra is still pained by the loss of her beloved 20,000 years ago but Yoko is slowly healing her heart. Actually besides Madoka’s, Lan’s, and Muginami’s relationship, Astra’s and Yoko’s relationship is the funnest and most interesting. It’s definitely based on more then just researching the Rinne, or their mutual interest in Madoka.
Also something I forgot to mention, so Madoka’s plan to stop Villa and King Diz is to literally knock heads together. I’m really OK with that plan.

If you mean Mugi and Mado didn’t get to kiss, then no. Lan pushed them too hard. If you meant why I’m not supporting the Mugi and Lan pairing, Lan and Madoka had way more intimate moments together last time to convince me Lan is the closest person to Madoka’s heart. It’s only now that Muginami’s REALLY stepping up. In all fairness, there is a reason why I’m picking favorites but you’ll find out by the end of this year.
Madoka x Lan had a better kiss. It looks much more passionate because of how it was animated.
