I can’t think of an intro this week so instead, here’s episode 10: In terms of plot, very little happened this episode till the 15 minute mark, so instead enjoy a most amusing school carnival episode. And they say fillers suck. It all depends on what kind of filler it is.
The classic “I’m late” breakfast.
Lan quote of the week: Glorious as usual one Princess Laffinty.
So Lan and Cherry were told by Zed to keep their next wrestling match a secret from Madoka.
The Alien Pretty Boys were never evil to begin with after APB #3′s match against Madoka in episode 3. So yeah, I guess they’ll eventually turn good or something.
Lan before entering the Ghost House.
Lan after exiting the ghost house. My thoughts: I don’t find scared girls cute. This felt shoved in for hardcore otakus. It was low even for my tastes.
Aw c’mon Cherry, don’t be mean to Lan.
Madoka being the girl Lan fell in love with as always.
The way she said it made my day.
Hmm, a movie starring Madoka’s bigamy, huh? I’d watch that. Sadly it’ll probably be a het thing, but ti can’t be helped because as much as the nation makes this show out to be a yuri harem, the writers do their best to oppose us, but usually fail miserable or maybe they’re intentionally catering to us without being lame.
As always, lolis, or rather Shorties, rule the anime universe. Ask Taiga and Louise.
No matter how omnipotent she is, at the end of the day, she’s still a loli and you know how anime writers treat their lolis.

What was the point of Chairloli’s conversation on the universal connection between humans and what they eat? Another reason for Chairloli to flirt with Madoka. No complaints here.
Alrighty, playtime is over and it’s time to get serious. Long story short, Lan and Cherry were asked by their other friends to help them with their shops. Madoka secretly saw them and was feeling sad that her friends could end up leaving her alone, reminding her of how lonely she was before meeting them. Chairloli gets a call and spills the beans on being the one who ordered Zed to keep the enemy attack a secret. Madoka, being the defender of justice she is, obviously couldn’t stand by and let her spouses fight the enemy without her.
You tell her Lan! That was Lan’s reply to Cherry should she hesitate again fighting against Villa. Lan is becoming more like her Madoka by the day and Cherry is also slowly moving on.
We now know the nickname for Cherry’s Ovid. Awesome!
Ooh, nice chick. Hopefully we’ll get to see more of her when Onii-san eventually invades Earth. Don’t die off screen.

Midori heard your awesomeness Madoka and wants to wrestle.
Next week: All out war BABEH!

Rather nice episode this week. Even though we all know Lan and Muginami would never leave Madoka alone if they could help it, it is a nice bit of character development for Madoka, realizing just how lonely she was and her fear of losing her wives. Also its a another great motivator for her to rush to their side.
I have the feeling maybe the Chairman grounding Madoka was a test of her resolve.
I wonder what Hupo means? Maybe it will get explained. I love how Muginami want’s Lan to smack her in Madoka’s place if she falters again. There is plenty of time to try to understand Villa’s actions latter.
For some reason I just can’t stop laughing at those two screen shots with the Chairman reacting over eating eels. I think its because of Madoka’s expression in the background.
After this episode, I am starting to see Machiko-sensei X Yoko as a possibility. The scene where they were talking about Madoka and her mom was rather sweet and a little sad. I think Madoka reminds them a lot of the woman they both cared deeply for.
It would make sense for this all to have been a test by Chairloli. Either that or she wants Madoka all to herself. I know that’s silly but hey, this is how our minds work after all.
Hupo sounds like a cute name right now and nothing more. I’m sure it has a meaning but I prefer seeing it as Cherry being cute as usual.
Like I said, once you’re a loli, no matter how omnipotent you may be, chances are very high the writers will eventually write a moe scene for you.
I just see it as two women who care for a close friend/aunt’s child. After all, both of them helped mold Madoka into possibly one of the best Mecha anime protagonists since Coop, the Symbionic Titan cast and Kamina.
Hey Hupo could both having meaning and be a cute word too. For all we know it means apple on Muginami’s planet.
No matter how you see the relationship of Machiko and Yoko, it was a sweet scene. I’m quite sure that the end of episode 12 will be them welcoming Madoka, Lan, and Muginami back with fireworks.
The more I get to see Thunder-sensei’s sexiness, the happier I’ll be. Have I mentioned how much I’m attracted to that woman, even more than Madoka?
Emphasis on cute my friend. We both agree it’s a perfect nickname befitting Cherry’s sweet personality. I suppose it can mean apple on her home planet. Now I’m suddenly thinking of a green orca eating apples.
Again, two hot adults reminiscing of a dear person in their lives while caring for said person’s offspring. No complaints from me dood.
Muginami should be nicer to Lan, it’s not her fault haunted houses are scary.
She is cute when she cries and can fight on her own using candyfloss.
Okie dokie. I never thought of it that way but I suppose some people have different definitions of cute.
The last part of the anime is what makes me want to watch it now. The show is going to be epic.
Indeed it will be dood.
This made me lol so hard, yeah the traditional “I’m Late” breakfast never gets old!
It’s an undeniable classic that will live on as long as anime continues existing.
